Обратилась в эту клинику поставить выпавшую пломбу, т.к. было свободное время на текущий день. Достоинства: врач стоматолог, которая меня приняла, понравилась. К сожалению, ФИО не знаю, не было бейджика. Работала спокойно, аккуратно, вежливо. Оценка врачу-стоматологу 5+. Недостатки: 1. не понравился гл. врач КОТОВ КОНСТАНТИН СЕРГЕЕВИЧ. Разговаривал очень надменно, как будто делает мне одолжение, принимая меня в своей клинике. Остался неприятный осадок от общения. Во время лечения моего зуба зашел в кабинет и стал отвлекать врача-стоматолога от работы, показывая какие-то смешные картинки на своем телефоне, абсолютно не касающиеся работы. 2. Оплата по карте не принимается, только оплата наличными. О чем заранее не предупреждают. Пришлось идти искать банкомат снимать наличные. 3.Включили в чек непонятно с какой радости 300 руб. за ПОВТОРНЫЙ ПРИЕМ. Какой повторный прием, если я пришла к вам в первый раз??? Из-за 300 рублей ругаться не стала. Котов Константин Сергеевич, если вы читаете мой отзыв купите на эти 300 руб., которые вы с меня взяли неправомерно, коробку конфет врачу-стоматологу в знак моей благодарности ей лично.

Добрый день! Ситуация была разобрана с главным врачом и медицинским персоналом клиники. Клиника приносит вам извинения за ошибку в чеке, однако, с вас была взята строго оговорённая с вами перед приёмом сумма за лечение и ни копейкой больше.

Добрый день! Посетила данную клинику, с целью протезирования. Осталась очень довольна! Ни чего не навязывают, все качественно и с адекватными ценами. Очень рекомендую!
