ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНАЯ Компания абсолютно не исполняет гарантийных обязательств по ремонту оборудования. Наголо врут покупателям о существовании своего сервисного центра. В итоге выясняется, что сервисного центра у них нет, оборудование отправляют в другие сервисные центры и после этого снимают оборудование с гарантии и требуют денег с покупателя за ремонт. Одним словом ЛОХОТРОН

Достоинства: Вовлечение менеджера в процесс, приятные СМС оповещения Недостатки: нет Комментарий: Оснащала рентген кабинет портативным аппаратом и визиографом, очень понравилась цена, предложенная менеджером после звонка. Она была ниже, чем на сайте, скидка за покупку комплекта. Забирала сама из офиса.

Достоинства: Клиентоориентированность Недостатки: Нет Комментарий: Сделала заказ из другого города, собрала оборудования на большую сумму. Страшно в наше время делать предоплату, но все так работают, пришлось съездить в Москву. Все конечно прошло стандартно, в офисе заключили договор, на месте оплатила через онлайн-банк, но пишу все это, потому что удивило меня другое, мне компенсировали билет на поезд! Вот этого точно никогда не было).
