НедостаткиВазукова Любовь кассир-фармацевтКомментарий Сделав заказ A-52282475 на сайте аптека.ру на сумму 3370р, я пришла его выкупить в Столичные аптеки по адресу: Ленинский пр. 129За прилавком стояла без маски и без перчаток Вазукова Любовь — дама 70+ лет. Так как у меня рецептурный препарат я сразу предоставила рецепт, по которому получала в различных аптеках этот препарат в течение года. Рецепт действует целый год, есть специальная надпись. Однако мой рецепт ей не понравился, она ста ла придираться то к бланку (типа с января новые бланки), то сказала на год не выдают рецепты. Постоянно уходила в отказ и в категоричной форме именно из-за «неправильного рецепта». Говорила идите в диспансер, получайте новый рецепт, я вам ничего не продам. На что я отвечала, что рецепт действует год, я имею право по нему получать лекарства, а в данный момент — пандемии никуда ездить нельзя, и я не буду рисковать своим здоровьем из-за спесивой мадам, которая не знает законов! Такой человек не должен работать с людьми! Руководство аптеки, отправьте такого «специалиста» на пенсию!Потом я позвонила в сервис, где заказывала, и там сказали что количество упаковок надо уменьшить по рецепту, а рецепт годичный у меня правильный и должны были корректно мне это объяснить, обслужить и перезаказать.
