Крайне не клиентоориентированная Команда провизоров в этой аптеке работает под покровительством заведующей госпожи Поляковой . Очень жаль , что вынужден тут приобретать Лекарства , надеюсь что скоро откроют ближе аптеку с более отзывчивыми работниками . По сути - всегда , сколько тут покупал препараты , всегда продавали по штучно препарат фраксипарин или клексан ... тут в очередной раз обратился и мне отказала провизор , якобы Теперь увы покупайте упаковкой , а там 10 уколов и цена под 4000₽ Мне не нужна коробка этих уколов , да и сумма не маленькая , попросил 6 штук - отказ и все . Настроены как будто я у них личное что то выпрашиваю и бесплатно .. как то свысока и неприятно прошло общение . Очень разочарован . Написал отзыв жалобу на сайте и ... ее просто перевели на заведующую , которая естественно тут же оправдала своих . Но при всем при этом закон распоряжение о запрете продажи по штучно будет актуален с 1 марта ... но они уже повернулись к нам , потребителям , задним местом ! Я буду стараться тут больше не покупать и очень хочется чтобы с таким "человеческим " подходом , как у них - их обходили стороной .

На мой взгляд, самая лучшая аптека. Лучшие цены, хороший ассортимент, приятное обслуживания. Мне нравится что можно сделать заказ по интернету и быстро получить необходимый товар.
