Простояла в очереди 40 минут, после чего мне не продали лекарство, так как не было сдачи, и, даже не извинившись, предложили «пойти куда-нибудь и разменять 1000 рублей», хотя легко можно было обслужить меня в другой кассе, например. Полное неуважение к потребителю и несоблюдение его прав.
