Обращался в Столица Консалтинг по поводу смены наименования ООО. Собственно, сам мало что понимал, поэтому помощь на первых этапах уже неоценима была. Конечно, пришлось повозиться со сбором документов, но и тут тоже их спецы помогли все сделать. От меня потребовалось только заключить с ними договор и передать пакет документов, а дальше они уже все изменения сами произвели. Документы тщательно проверили и быстро подали в ИФНС. Также потом помогли переоформить печать, ЭЦП и кассовый аппарат. В общ ем, все быстро, я доволен. – показать

Нужно было открыть ИП, чтобы уже легально проводить обучение (я репетитор английского). Обратилась в компанию Столица Консалтинг, где мне всё подробно рассказали о процедуре. Я пользовалась услугой Открытие ИП под ключ, и осталась довольна. Все вопросы согласовывали и советовали как лучше, так мне открыли налоговые каникулы, сами подавали заявки, помогли с открытием расчетного счета, на будущее сэкономили мои деньги на налоги выбрав систему налогообложения УПС доходы. Единственный минус — нео бходимое мое присутствие на всех этапах, но это уже к законодательству… – показать

Благодарим за ваш отзыв. По поводу регистрации ООО сейчас появилась услуга «Электронная регистрация» — где вашего участия минимум, а так же не нужно платить госпошлину и услуги нотариуса. Все происходит онлайн. Обращайтесь, если потребуется.
