Жаль, что не почитал отзывы раньше. К сожалению, эта беда и меня коснулась! Знакомый у них два года назад заказывал диваны, крупную партию, все было в порядке. И я без лишних колебаний сделал заказ на 12 диванов. Из которых *8(!!!) Вы только представьте себе! Больше половины! С тем или иным браком! У одного подлокотник треснут, у второго механизм раскладывания заедает, у третьего почему то в середине обивка другого цвета. Это просто ужас! Сразу позвонил, а они,похоже, уже и привыкли к жалобам. Даже не удивились. Сами знают, что продают дрова, а не мебель. Не сотрудничайте с ними! Обыкновенная фирма, которая просто "разводит" своих покупателей.

Поверьте,эта контора не стоит даже того, чтобы поставить им одну звезду. Это просто какие - то жулики! По другому и не назвать!!Я возмущена до того, что решила даже отзыв написать! Являют директором компании "Октава+". Компания друга раньше у стол.ком заказывала мебель, проблем как таковых не было. Я решила заказать офисную мебель, знала, что они сотрудничают с фабрикой "Мягкофф". Каково же было мое удивление, когда мне вместо диванов привезли черте что. Позже уже выяснилось, что компания сменила фабрику и качество сразу пошло на спад. Очень досадно! Не советую к ним обращаться, обходите эту компанию стороной. Только выманят у Вас деньги, а вместо мебели привезут Вам дрова!
