Воскресенье, 10 утра, звоню: Есть свеча такая то такая? - есть! Подготовьте пожалуйста, приеду через 10 минут - я не на работе ещё, приезжайте! Приехал в итоге, время 10 20, уже вроде должны работать, но менеджер говорит будешь ждать минут 20? Я говорю зачем? Нельзя так купить? - Нет нельзя. Ну раз ждать не будешь дак и свечи нет. Конец. Когда уже магазины узнают что такое клиентоориентированность? Сколько можно сидеть с кислыми лицами и грубо отвечать? Не стал ждать, в магазин больше не ногой, да и запарковаться там проблематично.

17.02 заказал детали, подбирали по СОРке, сказал приеду 18.02 в 10:30, заберу. Приехал, говорят давай мол опять доки, будем ещё раз подбирать, я говорю, вчера ж подбирали, на что мне бодро начали рассказывать, что с утра уже было 5 человек, всех не помню, а вчера вообще не со мной общались, и за это я вообще не знаю. Можно было просто, спокойно сказать, что давайте ещё раз проверим, или вчера сказали бы, что возьмите с собой доки на авто. Как то клиентоориентированнее надо быть. А запчасти как у всех и везде сейчас: CTR, LYNX и т.д. Ценник правда подешевле чем у остальных.
