Приобрёл два ступечных подшипникам принёс на возврат а один отказались принимать по причине открытой упаковки! Пообещали решить проблему на следующий день но прошло три дня и тишина! Отвратительный подход к клиентам!!

Уважаемый клиент приобрел товар: ступичные подшипники на модель Ваз 2108. Однако, пытался установить их на прицеп. Подшипники, соответственно, не подошли, что клиент и описал в своем заявлении. Клиент пытался их вернуть со следами установки и со вскрытой упаковкой. В чем ему и было отказано. Детали на прицепы необходимо покупать в специализированных магазинах, а не пытаться подогнать то, что заведомо не подходит, портить товар и нервы продавцам. Согласно ст. 24 Закона о Защите прав потребителя, права на возврат клиент не имел, возврат был произведен исключительно по доброй воле магазина. С уважением, администрация.
