Требовалась замена кронштейна ручки двери. По телефону «разжевал» объем работ, договорились о цене. Однако, в процессе выполнения работ мне объявили, что цена увеличена в полтора раза. Мотивировали тем, что я на замену предоставил деталь от другой (задней) двери. Но дело в том, что магазин продает сломанную деталь только в сборе, в комплекте. А заменить требовалось только силуминовый элемент из этого комплекта, который идентичен у обеих дверей. Вот такой надуманный повод они использовали с целью существенно поднять цену ремонта. – показать
