Я летала через Сто морей несколько раз, и в том году через них брала Тайланд, было все хорошо или видимо мне просто повезло. В этом году заказывает брат тур на Шри-Ланку теперь эти ребята работают через новую контуру ООО «Букинг Турс» , там те же менеджеры Екатерина и директор Гришин Георгий Леонидович. Самое интересное началось за 2 дня до вылета , 6 ноября. Приходит письмо "счастье", что мы вас не может отправить 6 можем отправить 6 декабря или вернуть деньги. И самое главное внятного объяснения мы не услышали меня подвели партнеры, какие нафиг партнеры я уверена он его просто не оплатил. Написали заявление на возврат и деньги наши он пишет , что вернет аж до 6 декабря. Мною так же был забронирован тур в Тайланд, но с вылетом 4 февраля, я попросила у него номер заявки или подтверждающие документы, что мой тур оплачен. Теперь могу дозвониться до этой компании ни один рабочий телефон теперь не отвечает. Сам Георгий постоянно занят и кормит меня завтраками , что перезвонит. Не бронируйте тур через них, эту компанию похоже ждет такая же учесть как и "Сто морей". Будет ждать возврата наших денег. И пробив Георгия у него 8 компаний, где он учредитель и генеральный директор и занимаются эти компании всем подряд . Однозначно он просто прокручивает наши деньги, и куда только смотрит налоговая и правоохранительные органы.
