Всё начиналось великолепно. По телефону проконсультировали и даже сказали, что завтра можете забрать заказ. Я записала все цены на запчасти и их производителей. И понеслось... На следующий день я приехала, но оказалось, что запчасти не все доставили в филиал. Попросили приехать завтра, сказав, что в обед будет всё, но предварительно позвонят. Не позвонили до 17:00. А это пятница. А на утро субботы у меня очередь на сто. Приезжаю - стойки так и не привезли. Смотрю _ ролик грм заменили. Вместо немецкого (ими же рекомендованного) поставили японца. Как так? Просто взяли и молча заменили ?!? . Я начала сомневаться в их профессионализме. Позвонила своему механику и спросила - подойдёт или нет?! Он сказал - ролик да! Но тут я решила, заодно, спросить у механика про прокладку гбц МАSUMA, которую мне настоятельно рекомендовал продавец, сказав, что она не уступает оригиналу!!!! . И о ужас... Оказывается, это такое д...мо китайское, про которое даже ни одного хорошего слова нет в интернете... А теперь объясните мне, пожалуйста, вы ко всем так относитесь или только к женщинам?! Я уже не стану описывать ситуацию с документами, которые меня заставляли подписывать... То перечень не тот, то дата не та... В общем, разочарование полное. Обслуживал менеджер по имени Владимир. Кто из них кто в этом офисе, я так и не поняла. Не рекомендую.
