Категорически не рекомендую этот СТО. Полное отсутствие организации оказания услуг за исключением выбивания денег из страховой (но не в пользу клиента). Наивный я человек. Попал в ДТП, обратился в альмак, думая, что они партнёры ресо, а значит нормально починят а/м. Надо было сначала читать отзывы. Страховая перечислила деньги на 3й день. Альмак так и не позвонил. В итоге сам через 2 недели набрал, чему мастер уливился, говорил как ты, мол, дозвонился, у нас же несколько дней не работает телефон! Ладно, сдал в ремонт. Никто ни когда не звонил, чтоб что-нибудь согласовать. О сроках тоже речи не было. В итоге через 10 дней поехал забирать: Забыли покрасить дверь. Пришлось опять записываться. Не положили новое колесо взамен битого. Мастер на сдаче сказал как и все прочие мастера "сейчас уточним. мне не передавали - не моя смена". Колесо нашли. Поменяли мою целую фару на китайщину и переднюю стойку амортизатора. Зачем? Они были целые. Был погнут поворотный кулак из-за чего не сходился развал. Решили что стойка. Ее поменяли развал так и не сошёлся. Хотя им была показана справка экспертизы. Но они же сами эксперты, остальных вон. Кулак то денег приличных стоит. Просил поменять за отдельные деньги опорные потшипники стоек, ибо скрепят. Деньги за них заплатил, скрип остался. На другом сто Ко***не показали что их не меняли. Обман. Ни чеков ни старых деталей. Ещё и в наряд включили замену стойки, которая по страховой. Когда я им сказал об этом- они сказали : "да? Ну ладно, вычёркиваем". Берите деньги у страховой и чините сами.
