Приезжал сделать сход-развал. Сход не смогли сделать, т.к. якобы закисли рулевые тяги. Слесарь очень тужился, но открутить не смог. Взяли как за выполненную работу 900 руб. Предложили приехать ещё раз, чтобы открутить тяги и сделать регулировку. Выставили счет почти на 2 тыс. руб. На следующий день, я попробовал и без больших усилий открутил тяги сам (чего не смог сделать профессионал из этого сервиса). Считаю, что была инсценировка невозможности открутить с целью вынудить приехать ещё и заплатить больше денег. Никому не советую обращаться на СТО-1

Николай, спасибо за обратную связь. В течении часа мастер тужился, грел, заливал смазками проникающими, вертел и всячески пытался выполнить данную работу, но у него не получилось. Вероятней всего проникающая смазка за сутки все таки проникла в резьбовые соединения и Вам удалось открутить тяги, чему мы безусловно рады. Но инсценировки не было и это Ваше не объективное мнение. Работа наших сервисов строится на качестве исполнения услуг, а не на имитации. Надеемся Вы нашли свой сервис.

Врать не надо. Ладно? Я потребовал чтобы меня допустили в зал и стоял рядом с мастером когда он пытался раскрутить тяги. Смазку он не использовал и тем более ничего не грел. Поковырялся он не час а минут 15. Зато деньги с меня взяли как за выполненную работу, ничего не сделав. Но пригласили приезжать ещё выставив счёт в два раза больше. Думаю, на это и был расчёт, что я приеду опять и привезу ещё денег. Порядочный сервис, если не смог сделать работу, денег не берёт. Но это не про вас.
