Работаем с агентом Анной Босая. Абсолютно не компетентный агент, человек не знает ни законов, ни в чем заключается суть её работы. Уже сами созваниваемся с банком по вопросу ипотеки, сроки затянула, договор закончился ещё в декабре, а она до сих пор не все документы подготовила. Скоро закончится одобрение банка и нам не выдадут ипотеку, а продовцы должны будут вернут задаток, который на минуточку составляет половину стоимости квартиры и который они уже потратили, а ей просто наплевать, стала не отвечать на звонки, а если все же соизволит взять трубку, то слышно вечные оправдания что у неё трое детей и ещё куча семейных проблем из-за которых она не успевает работать. Меня как клиента рискующего остаться без жилья и без денег это в принципе не волнует. Уважаемая Анна идите торговать в ларёк, там люди меньшим рискуют.
