Купила в данном магазине пряжу 6 ноября, выбрала ее на сайте и сделала заказ. Пряжа находилась в разделе Меринос, то есть пряжа должна быть мягкой, это ввело меня в заблуждение и я приобрела ее для детских вещей, когда начала вязать от неё кололо даже руки! Естественно ни для каких детских вещей и даже для взрослых она не подходит и я решила ее вернуть. Предварительно я ознакомилась с законом, в котором прописано что магазин обязан обменять пряжу на более подходящую. Но этот магазин никаких законов не знает! Более у них свои законы, которые придумал директор от балды. На сайте прописано что магазин может обменять пряжу, а в самом магазине повесили филькину грамоту с неадекватными условиями: при обмене с клиента взымают 20% непонятно за что, и ещё обязывают ещё сделать покупку в 5 раз больше предыдущей, либо обмен не делают! Естественно мне это не подходит, никаких покупок у них делать больше не собираюсь и другим не советую!

Здравствуйте, Анна! Сожалеем что вам не понравилась приобретенная пряжа. Пряжа не входит в перечень товаров, подлежащих обмену или возврату. Пряжу мы на возврат не принимаем, но от обмена не отказываемся. Мы не "придумали законы", мы ввели правила обмена в своем магазине. С мая 2019 года предупреждения о введенных правилах присутствуют в магазине. На сайте в информации про обмен подразумевались все прочие товары, которые подлежат обмену и возврату, возникло недопонимание. Скидка 20% часто применяется при покупках в нашем магазине, с этим и связано одно из условий обмена.
