Отвратительная компания, отвратительный сервис и менеджер валерий (возможно, это мне с ним не повезло). Мне было нужно небольшое стекло - дверца. Посчитали быстро, но до минимальной суммы в 1000 рублей не дотягивал, сказали, что в любом случае 1000 рублей будет цена. Окей. Отправил заказ, оплатил 1000 рублей, пообещали неделю на изготовление. Заказ делал 30 марта. Через неделю звоню валерию узнать про заказ и начинается веселье: 1. Менеджер очень занятой, говорит, что перезвонит и кладет трубку. Не перезванивает, я звоню снова и ещё раз. Когда дозвонился - грят, интернета нет, мой заказ наверное приехал, но они найти его не могут. 2. На следующий день та же история, валерий обещает перезвонить и не перезванивает. Дозвонился - грит, пока не привезли, но через 2-3 рабочих дня точно будет. 3. Прождал ещё неделю, каждый раз, когда мне обещали перезвонить - я говорил, что это чушь и требовал ответа сразу, потому что за 5 раз не перезвонили ни разу. 4. Через 2 недели говорят, что какие-то накладки и стекло всё ещё не приехало. Прошу вернуть деньги - обещают бесплатную доставку, если я подожду ещё 2 дня. 5. На 18й день ожидания звоню, оказывается, что стекло "попало в брак" и делают по новой. Прошу отменить заказ и вернуть деньги, говорят "ок" и кладут трубку. Перезваниваю, спрашиваю, а знают ли они куда возвращать? мне отвечает валерий: "ну вы там пришлите на почту свои реквизиты" 6. Итог - прошло 3 недели с момента заказа и 3 дня с момента запроса возврата средств. Деньги не вернули, на письма не отвечают. Видимо, надеются, что потянут время, а потом скажут, что стекло приехало и можно его забирать. Такого отвратительного сервиса и наплевательского отношения давно не видел. Хоть заказ всего на 1000 рублей - не поленюсь и дожму их до возврата средств, а если не захотят - у меня есть в штате юрист, которому просто передам всю переписку и записи разговоров, пусть развлекаются.
