Ужжжсссс....сотрудников этих аптек надо не медленно поменять....я заказала лекарства а они место лекарств заказали мочалку...невнимательность к покупателю

Ужасно!!!!!Очень невнимательность к покупателю ...больше некогда не зайду в эту аптеку..и если у вас мозги не на месте не оформляйте заказ чтобы место лекарств не дали мочалку

Покупала вчера 19 апреля обыкновенный ацикловир в таблетках. Фармацевт сходу начала предлагать препараты за 400-500 рублей. Попросила подешевле, нашли за 300. Далее происходит просто невероятно комичная ситуация) Девушка по ошибке достает и пробивает ацикловир за 109 рублей, испуганно на меня смотрит и говорит «Ой, этот что-то не пробивается». Потом достает за 300 и спокойно все пробивает. На мою усмешку начинает оправдываться «этот у нас сроковый» - что значит сроковый я не поняла, за то поняла политику повышения чека аптеки. Торопилась и опаздывала, поэтому просто забрала скорее препарат, в иной ситуации потребовала бы объясниться) Я платежеспособный человек, не жалко взять препарат подороже, если он эффективнее, но обманы с целью развести на чек абсолютно не приемлю, это неуважительно по отношению к клиенту и не делает чести аптеке. Продажи должны быть экологичными - расскажите мне о преимуществах более дорогого препарата и я куплю, но это будет мое решение, а не наглое впаривание со стороны аптеки. Надеюсь хоть бабушек они жалеют и не пытаются вытянуть деньги). Претензия адресована руководству в том числе, тк скорее всего руководство и диктует протоколы продажи и способы повышения чека.
