Одна из причин за которую я выбираю сеть старбакс это хороший сервис, увы на Октябрьском поле в кафе старбакс он оставляет желать лучшего... За кассой ребятки делают ошибку на ошибки, чем изрядно портят настроение. В основном это касается карт старбакс, уже несколько раз ей невозможно было воспользоваться, сотрудники, то забывали, то ссылались на техническую проблему. Это неприемлемо. Решили с коллегами больше туда не ходить. Пусть эти студенты баристы обманывают других.

Обычно перед работой заезжаю за кофейком. Можно посидеть с подружкой и нормально провести время, правда некоторые кафешки не очень большие и там не особо уютно долго находится)

Очень не приятный Старбакс. На входе все диваны заняты нерусскими которые ничего не купили, смотрят высокомерно, цокают «чистя» свои зубы.. прям очень жуткое место (( есть пара столиков ближе к входу в тц, но они всегда заняты. Большая часть зала неопрятна, и этим неприятным людям позволено там сидеть.. Половина зала - место тусовки «ближнего зарубежья».. (( с постоянной беготней покурить, соответственно холодно.. и они ничего не покупают.. просто «тусят» как на дешёвом фуд-корте в ТЦ.. ( это место не Старбакс..

Очень уютно и дружелюбно Отличное кафе в тц, уютный зал с множеством уголков, где можно комфортно посидеть. Вежливые отзывчивые ребята на кассе.Мы попали в предхэллоуинскую пору, так что Украшения везде тематические, оч мило:)

Все по канонам ,кроме порядка. В Старбакс приходила два раза за ближайшую неделю поработать и выпить кофе. К продукции и к персоналу вопросов нет, зарядок много достаточно,но вот что касается уборки за столиками -тут все плохо. Я могла сидеть и час, и два за своим столиком, но на соседних столах так и будет мусор от предыдущих посетителей. Последний раз пол даже был липкий от пролитого кем-то из гостей чая. Если будут убираться почаще, то все будет хорошо.
