доставка просто ужас! при заказе в письме указал точные координаты Гугл мапс, приложил скриншоты, предупредил диспетчера что связь плохая и со мной связаться можно, в итоге товар в назначенный день не был доставлен ввиду того водитель якобы не смог найти место доставки, друзья, вы что картами пользоваться не умеете?! на следующий день мне перенесли доставку, и снова мурыжат уже 5 часов, не отвечают на звонки и не дают номер водителя

Благодарим Вас за обращение в нашу компанию и приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию.Товар Вам был доставлен в назначенный день, но водитель до Вас не дозвонился, а по регламенту доставки, если водитель не может выйти на связь в течение 30-ти минут, то едет на склад и выгружается и это обычная практика компаний при организации логистики. Последующая доставка оплачивается дополнительно. Мы пошли Вам навстречу и организуем доставку бесплатно и вне очереди по первой освободившейся машине. Не давали номер водителя, так как на складе не знали кто поедет до первой выгрузки. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, мы обязательно проведем профилактические мероприятия по улучшению сервиса службы доставки, а вам предлагаем воспользоваться индивидуальным ценовым предложением на нашу продукцию, просто свяжитесь со своим менеджером.
