Этим долбаебам тоже 0 звезд бы поставил если можно, сделайте машину в срок как обещали, а не кормите завтраками

Большая наценка на приобретаемые у них запчасти (30-100% от розничной цены). Обманывают по условиям гарантии - устно обещают одни условия, в документах - другие. Как диагносты не понравились. Предлагали мне оригинальную стойку стабилизатора на focus III за 6000 рублей за штуку (цена запчасти без стоимости установки), у официального дилера ford она стоила чуть более 3000 рублей.

Достоинства: Записался на замену гидроопоры двигателя фф2. Приехал за 20 минут до назначенного времени. Сразу запустили и занялись делом! Когда узнал о цене на замену масла в ДВС, сразу согласился. Масло и фильтр были в наличии. Сделали все за 30 минут. + Мастер-приемщик Артур подсказал на что желательно обратить внимание у авто. Я доволен. Ничего не навязывали. Работу сделали на отлично. Не дорого, и быстро.

Персонал Хамы. Приехал на диагностику подвески, авто Форд Куга. «Приговорили» левую рулевую тягу, говорю хорошо меняйте. В наличии говорят нет, заказал оригинальную фордовскую, сказали привезут на следующий день, оставил предоплату и уехал. В результате привезли только на второй день, спрашиваю скажите остаток по оплате с учетом установки тяги + плюс сход-развал, мастер говорит я не в курсе. Спрашиваю кто в курсе? Говорит не знаю, еще и нахамил. Сервис просто «обалденный», такое ощущение. что кл иентов у них до фига, если позволяют хамить. Поеду забирать предоплату и больше туда ни ногой. – показать
