На какого проадвца попадёшь - бывает всё, что нужно подбирают, а бывает тащут что-то дорогое и явно не подходящее... Есть приложение - заказал, померил, купил.

Господа владельцы! Если вы закрыли магазин в связи с пандемией, то и не надо работать онлайн. Поверьте.... У вас это не получается. После оформления заказа пришло уведомление, в котором написано, что со мной свяжется менеджер для уточнения и подтверждения заказа. Был указан срок доставки - 3,4 дня. Также было указано, что после передачи заказа в курьерскую службу, со мной свяжется менеджер для согласования даты и времени доставки. Менеджер магазина не позвонил (уточнения и подтверждения не было). Через 3 дня звоню сам. Говорят -из-за большого количества доставок срок увеличивается еще на 2 дня. На шестой день поступает звонок от dpd -доставки. На том конце со мной говорит робот - доставка на завтра с 9.00 до 18.00(просто ставят перед фактом) Если хотите изменить дату, то делайте это через сайт dpd. Но номера доставки у меня нет. Звоню в спортмастер. Это просто ужас! Сейчас я Вас соединю с товарным специалистом. Слушаю музыку 10 минут. Никого. Звоню повторно. Опять тоже самое. На следующий день только в 18.30 поступает звонок от живого человека (курьер доставки) сможете принять. Отвечаю - смогу. Он мне - надо будет выйти из подъезда. Я ему говорю, что мне необходимо посмотреть товар (заказывал велосипед) он в ответ - у Вас не предусмотрено время на вскрытие груза. Бинго!!! Это кошмар, а не работа! Закрывайте свой балаган, который вы называете онлай-продажой!
