Не понравилось... из коньков размеров мало, не все размеры в оснвоном по 4,5 размеров Полы грязные, уборщица пару раз ходила бумажки подбирала, не было возможности нормально померить обувь, все заляпано Стоит отметить что коньки тоже не все идеальные)) хотели в самовывозе впарить коньки с маленьким косметическим дефектом Консультантов нет, помощи нет, на кассе кричат "позовите того то позовите того то" Когда подошла к кассе спросила где специалист консультант меня исправили слегка не этично на "кассир" главный по отделу, тоже не понравилось.... Не выдержала ушла Общий вывод -товар по внешнему виду такой се затрепанный грязный - полы грязные, на садоводе и то чище -нет консультантов, один охранник у входа -специалисты среднего уровня Возможно преувеличиваю что то? Наверное, но не с целью придраться, а с целью и надеждой что это дойдёт до руководства

Добрый день. 30 июня пришла за покупками в спорт мастер на метро Славянский бульвар. Выбрав спортивные штаны,подошла к одной кассе,на кассе молодая полная девушка.Несколько вопросов задала девушке на кассе,(посмотреть балы,какие могут быть начислены балы при этой покупке,может ли скидка какая то)ответ один,не знаю не знаю,не могу сказать. Подошла на соседнюю кассу,кассир,МАРИНА,очень компетентна, абсолютно всё подсказала,рассказала, по баллам, по скидкам. Большое большое спасибо кассиру МАРИНЕ. Желаю всем покупателям попадать на кассу только к Марине. А руководству наверное следует обратить внимание на работу второй кассирши.
