22 февраля дочь приобрела в магазине футболку за 999 руб. 23 приехала ко мне и преподнесла подарок к празднику. К сожалению, футболка оказалась на размер меньше,чем я ношу. 27 февраля мы с женой обратились в магазин с просьбой по замене футболки на больший размер. Нам было отказано по причине отсутствия кассового чека, хотя на изделии были все фирменные лейблы. Считаю,что такое отношение к покупателям не приемлемо,так как отсутствие чека не является основание в отказе по замене изделия.
