Я инвалид-колясочник , попросил подругу заехать и купить у них 2 велосипедные камеры, девушка соответственно не разбирается ни в каких запчастях и тонкостях. Показала ему моё сообщение, что нужно приобрести и в итоге консультант проявил крайний не профессионализм и продал вместо камер - покрышки для велосипеда!!!

Владимир. С девушкой по покрышкам разговаривали вчера около 20 минут. Нам показалось странным что она просит на инвалидную коляску 24 покрышки, потому что обычно покупают покрышки 540 размера или очень редко 533. Разницу в размерах мы ей подробно объяснили. Также ей было предложено перезвонить и уточнить по размеру покрышки. На что она ответила: "он меня убьет" и звонить не стала. Ваше сообщение, о камерах, она нам не показывала и лишь сказала что ей заказали ПОКРЫШКИ на 24 дюйма. Также мы довели до ее сведения что покрышки можно обменять, если они не подойдут. Вчера вечером она звонила и мы договорились с ней на обмен на камеры 24 размера. С нашей стороны было бы неправильно человеку пришедшему покупать у нас ПОКРЫШКИ продать камеры.

Отличный магазин, консультанты на уровне, брал колесо в сборе в 2018 году KMC lite по реально смешной цене и не раз не пожалел что взял у них! А в 2019 году брал цепь и тоже всё понравилось, так что советую это магазин. Не пожалеете!
