На днях был свидетелем как посетители разговаривают, общаются с дежурным администратором и гардеробщицей. Поразился выдержке этих представителей бассейна, которые оказываются виноватыми во всех бедах и неприятных ситуациях, которые создали сами желающие плавать. Решил зайти сюда, т.к. хотел почитать отзыв, который должен был здесь появиться со слов скандального посетителя. Не увидел. Порой мы сами создаём себе проблемы и не хотим понять работу персонала. Например, в 12:45 заканчивается последн ий утренний сеанс, наступает перерыв в работе бассейна, время обеда персонала. Однако отдельные посетители ещё продолжают мыться в душе, находятся в раздевалке, сушат волосы, беседуют между собой. На корректные просьбы персонала бассейна соблюдать расписание тут же встают на дыбы. «Я плачу, а тут вы ещё со своими замечаниями». Со своей стороны хочу написать следующее. Большей частью своих регулярных посещений я попадаю во время работы администратора Светланы Николаевны (фамилию для себя узнаю). Приветливая, вижу, как она спокойно, с улыбкой, доброжелательно разговаривает с посетителями, детьми, а мы все бываем разными. Поможет, когда «зависает» банкомат для оплаты, терпеливо выслушает любого человека и даст дельный совет и разъяснения, не только лично, но и при общении по телефону. Всё это проходит без суеты, нервотрёпки, с уважительным отношением к посетителю. Хотел бы, чтобы администрация бассейна отметила её работу. – показать

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность администратору Иунихиной Светлане работает спокойно, без истерик, профессионально. Пришла в бассейн а там детей человек 15 ну думаю опоздаю, Светлана всем всё выдала и мы успели. Спасибо ей большое.
