Посещаю Акваторию регулярно в течение нескольких лет. Ранее в целом был доволен и с учетом муниципального статуса заведения особых нареканий не было. Но со сменой руководства и персонала подул прохладный ветер перемен… Нововведения явно не в пользу посетителей. Ранее существовал порядок, по которому вход в раздевалку начинался за 15 мин до начала сеанса, что было корректно и понятно. С некоторых пор порядок изменился и теперь за те же 15 мин начинается не вход в раздевалку, а выдача ключей от шкафов. В результате в час «Х» у стойки собирается очередь за ключом порой превышающая 20 человек, а если вы стоите ближе к ее концу, то велика вероятность получить ключ и попасть в раздевалку за 5 мин до начала сеанса. Дополнительно пропадают 2—3 минуты от сеанса за счет разницы во времени между часами в фойе и табло на воде. Ключи выдаются по часам в фойе, которые порой отстают от табло на воде, а сеанс начинается по табло на воде, т.е фактически при отставании в фойе на 3 мин, ключи начинают выдавать не за 15, а за 12 мин до начала сеанса. Т.е успеть подготовиться и начать занятие по установленному расписанию в начале оплаченного вами сеанса не представляется возможным. О прочих мелочах даже не говорю… – показать

Забыла пакет с купальником, маской и шапочкой после сеанса в душевой. была вечером, позвонила в тот же день предупредила что забыла 3 вещи в 1 пакете… мне сказали не беспокоиться, и что я смогу забрать вещи на следующий день. Когда я пришла после работы на след день пришла был только купальник!!! Как так можно?(
