Не держатся за клиентов. Наплевательское отношение, отсутствие у персонала элементарной вежливости и внимания. Работать там, видимо, никто не хочет. Приехали с двумя детьми (3 и 1) на занятие для старшего. Каратэ для малышей (офп:). Пешком по неработающим эскалаторам добрались до 4 этажа. Неприветливая мадам не глядя на нас (!) сообщила, что "а, этот, молодой, Александр, не приедет. Звонил, что опаздывает из Москвы и не придет". (тон в стиле "я деревня, деревня, деревня, абсолютная хамская деревня и мне плевать, где он, и на вас тоже). Вуаля, прекрасно! ни извинений (!), ни предупреждения. Ни предложений о помощи уж тем более ("может, перенести вам занятие или давайте бесплатно одно/два?"). Нет, мадам этому не обучалась. Мадам была не в духе. Несколько мам, тоже с двумя, на минуточку, детьми (у кого погодки мальчишки, те поймут), тоже приехали зря и уже даже успели раздеть детей. Вообще-то я звонила в этот день заранее, чтобы записаться. - не надо записываться, просто приезжайте. Ок. Больше туда не поедем ни за что. Большой привет мадам, работавшей 4 октября в пятницу 2019 года. Ваш вид, взгляд, тон и манера разговаривать отбивает охоту на вас смотреть и приходить. Как обычно, ресепшн - лицо заведения. Некрасивое в прямом смысле. В переносном тоже.
