Добрый день, Леонид. 31.12.19 магазин работал до 15.00, как сообщили консультанты, эту информацию сообщали всем клиентам. Также часы работы были опубликованы на сайте, во всех соц.сетях и объявление на магазине. Нам очень жаль, что так получилось и Вы смогли забрать его только 2 января. Конечно могли позвонить, предупредить, но к сожалению не отследили. Мы предпримем меры, чтобы такой ситуации больше не получилось. Еще раз приносим свои извинения, за ситуацию.
