Всем, кому дорог их велосипед, кошелек и чувство собственного достоинства – обходите эту веломастерскую стороной. Не хотел писать столько и так, но накипело. Менял у этих «специалистов» систему летом. Пока стоял в мастерской услышал, как они обсуждают клиентов. Списал на профессиональную деформацию. Ну просто считать тех, на ком делаешь деньги глупыми, это зашквар. Один из мастеров, закручивая мне педали огромным ключом насухо без смазки, с огромным усилием приговаривал, что я к ним еще зайду. Вообще я менял у них шатуны на купленные у них же и педаль. Естественно после этого педали прикипели. Ключи подсъели шлицы прежде чем открутил. А шатун один, ребята, пришлось отпилить: он просто намертво прикипел всего за несколько месяцев. Смазки не было. Никому не советую. Политика не ориентирована на клиента и контроль качества работ не налажен.
