Очень хороший спорт зал занимался месяц, а купил абонемент на год! но пришлось уйти от того что навязчивые тренера, тянут деньги по 5 тыс за тренировку, даже в самом дорогом спорт зале тренера столько не берут. Хотя администратор говорила от 2500 максимальной оплате тренера

Замечательный фитнес клуб. Чего не скажешь об администраторах. Никогда не встречала более не клиентоориентированных . Разговаривают высокомерно. Вообще очень не приятные ребята, недовольные жизнью и работой. Просьба руководство провести беседу, как надо общаться с клиентами. Все таки клиенты, первыми ,при покупке абонемента общаются с ними.

Все было бы хорошо, если б не струдники зала. Сходил один раз на пробное посещение и больше не хочу сюда возвращаться. Грубость и пренебрежение на первом месте

Собирался преобрести абонимент в данный фитнес клуб. Планировал ходить в зал с утра перед работой. 14.01.20 в 9—35 я решил посмотреть какая загрука в клубе с утра, но сделать это у меня не получилось, т.к. меня не пропустил охранник бизнес-центра на -1 этаже, сославшись на «пропускной режим» и предложил подожать 25 минут. Очень странно что доступом в фитнес клуб занимаются охранники БЦ, а не администраторы клуба. Так же странно то, что нельзя посмотреть сам клуб кроме как на пробной тренировк е. – показать

Добрый день!Доступ в клуб в период с 7:00 до 10:00 и с 22:00 до 0:00 осуществляется через парковку. В указанный период действующим членам клуба необходимо предъявить клубный браслет сотрудникам охраны. Потенциальный член клуба может позвонить на ресепшн и консультанты сориентируют, как попасть в клуб.

Многие пишут что списание на один день раньше.Ну во первых звонят предупреждают за неделю где то, что будет списание например 22—23 числа.Во вторых если списание прошло раньше и вы не будете заниматься, то деньги возвращают обратно. Скорей всего оставляют люди которые ищут причину не ходить в зал)
