Абсолютный трэш. Ваша «запись» на время абсолютно ничего не значит. Прождать (внезапно!) можно и 15 минут и час. Хамство начинается от стойки регистраторов (дамы отдыхают от работы в процедурном кабинете) и продолжится в кабинете МРТ-диагностики. Вероятно, надзора со стороны контролирующих органов за подобными местами ждать не приходится, к сожалению.

Отвратительный персонал на ресепшене,сидит в наушниках никого не вижу,ничего не слышу.Изменили время приема,не сообщили!!!Не извинений,ни объяснений .

Здравствуйте. Приносим извинения за перенос времени вашего приема и невнимательность сотрудников на ресепшене. Мы строго следим за культурой обслуживания, а наушники персонал использует исключительно для рабочего обучения и планерок. В этот день график МРТ-диагностики сместился из-за непредвиденных задержек в расписании, и мы не успели вовремя предупредить вас об изменениях. Руководство центра уже скорректировало правила записи, чтобы приемы проходили вовремя, а сотрудники ресепшена работали быстрее.

Все на высшем уровне, сначала меня очень грамотно проконсультировали по телефону, когда я записывалась, все подробно объяснили и быстро подобрали удобное время, администраторы на ресепшене приветливы, относятся с вниманием и уважением, в клинике чисто, пригласили даже раньше положенного времени. Вообщем остались только положительные эмоции
