Не кода к ним не обращайтесь! Отдал телефон в ремонт с условием сохранения данных. Протестировали, назначили цену 2.500. Потом звонят что надо доплатить чтоб пропали качественно 4 тыс. Ну Ок. Сделали. Был севший, у них на месте не проверили. Домой принес, включаем, тухнет и бесконечно перегружается. Принёс им по гарантии. Забрали сказали будем делать. 1.5 месяца делали. Сам звонил их торопил раз в неделю. Они сами не звонили! И зачем, деньги то уплочены! Прихожу через 2 месяца и требую свой телефон. Достают его включают и говорят. А вы должны ещё 2.5т. За что спрашиваю, он же по гарантии был? Мы ещё что то делали и т.д и т.п. Я истественно не согласен. Ладно, идём дальше. Я включаю телефон, а они все данные оттуда стёрли. Они тупо его сенхронизировали. Хотя самое главное условие было, сохранить данные, сам телефон цености не имеет. Ни 4 т не 2 он не стоит. То ради чего принесли в ремонт этот телефон просто тупо стёрли!!! И под занавес. Доплату я конечно не заплатил. Но я принёс его домой и в этот же день он умер, потух и все! Тоесть заплатив им 4 тыс, они нечего не сделали! Стёрли данные! Мурыжили в целом 2.5 месяца! И по итогу дома в тот же день он умер и даже не включается! Как вы считайте ответственный подход? Как вам качество? И обратная связь с клиентом? Однозначно не рекомендую!
