Менеджеры обманывают. Утром, по телефону договориль на сумму покупки, днем приехал в офис покупать товар, говорят что не продадим, обязательно купи еще услугу за 3000руб, только на таких условиях продадим. Ужас! Обслуживание - отвратительное! Им не важно что тебе нужно. Важно продать как можно больше услуг, так как именно на них они зарабатывают! Навязывают и "втюхивают" не нужные услуги. Опилируют на то, что им тоже надо зарабатываеть, жалуются, что они коммерческая организация и не могут работаь продавая только-то, что указанно на сайте. Никому НЕ СОВЕТУЮ обращаться к ним! Есть куча других организаций, которые продают кассы. И делают это с улыбкой, ненавязывая доп. услуги, продают именно то, что нужно клинету!

Ситуацию которую вы описываете — не возможна. Услуги предлагаем, но никогда не отказывали в продаже оборудования. Это какой-то сюрреализм. В какой именно офис вы приезжали и когда?

По всей видимости, отзыв оставлен на другую компанию. Т.к. компания Касслайн образована 4 сентября 2019 года. А отзыв написан 26 июня.

Я уже думал придется новые кассы брать, а оказалось ремонт реально дешевле. Диагностику сделали бесплатно, при мне, сразу все честно объяснили. Починили быстро, отношение по человечески, даже несмотря на то что я не крупный клиент.

Привезла кассу с поломкой, думала уже списывать. Сделали бесплатную диагностику, объяснили что ремонт обойдется дешевле чем новая. Починили быстро, видно что ребята честно работают, а не выкачивают деньги.
