24 июня 2019г. 18.00. Кассир у запасного выхода без бейджа (как выяснилось позже, по имени Валентина), что уже есть нарушение правил торговли, разговаривала с покупателями откровенно по-хамски, отвечала на обычные вопросы про дисконтные карты с явным пренебрежением. На требование о предоставлении Книги жалоб, послала меня через весь торговый зал. Менеджер (или охранник, или кто он там ещё) по имени Рамин, в рацию бубнил, что он не собирается никуда идти с книгой жалоб, что также является нарушением тех же правил торговли. Покупатель обязан получить книгу жалоб по первому требованию, при этом не обязан бегать и искать её по всему магазину. Недели две назад другим кассиром было отказано в продаже продукта "Фарш особый" по причине отсутствия его в базе. После требования вызвать администратора, товар был чудесным образом продан. Неоднократное хамство и явные нарушения делают нежелательным походы в этот гадюшник.
