ПРОСТО УЖАС!!!! СТЫД И СРАМ ВАШЕМУ САЛОНУ. ДАЙМОНД СПА, где на полу бегают тараканы. Жаль, что муж сказал мне о таракане после массажа. Не хотел испортить сюрприз. Купил сертификат в подарок. Душевая грязная, у Вас вообще уборщица работает? Салон находится в подвале жилого дома. ВНИМАНИЕ!!! Массаж делают в той же комнате, где Вы оставляете верхнюю одежду и уличную обувь. На мой вопрос, неужели нет гардеробной или хотя бы отдельного шкафа?… Массажисты ответили: «Да, не всё продумано в салоне». Не всё продумано? Вы вообще для людей работаете или лишь бы денег побыстрее срубить? Никогда сюда не вернусь и никому не пооветую. Позор администрации этого «даймонд» спа. До бриллианта дальше, чем до Луны. Бани нет, только горячая бочка, которая еле нагревалась. Грязь везде, единственное что удержало нас (это оплаченные спа- услуги и работа массажистов). К ним претензий нет, остальное просто ноль!!! Худший салон, в котором я была и не вернусь никогда. Роспотребнадзор должен к вам заглянуть! Проверку не пройдёте никогда. – показать

ПРОСТО МЕРЗКО!!! Бочка не обрабатывается никак, я просила принести и показать средство для дезинфекции, принесли средство типа ПЕМОЛЮКС. Из-под бочки текло рекой, грязная зловонная жижа, Тараканов не видела, правда, но обратила внимание на многоразовые простыни, в которые меня хотели обернуть. Я возмутилась, мне сказали, что они обрабатываются специальным раствором для дезинфекции. На сей раз раствор принесли, но это была просто хлорка, разведенная в воде. Возмущению не было предела, зато- ВУАЛЯ !- мне принесли новую золотинку. Это термоодеяла, которые используются МЧС для согревания людей в экстренных случаях.Хотела сфотографировать, при мне вскрывали упаковку, на их счастье- камера заглючила у телефона. Этой,типа пленкой, на голое тело с какими-то химическими соединениями. В итоге- волдыри по всему телу. ЛЮДИ!!! Вы спасли свое здоровье. ОБХОДИТЕ САЛОН СПАДИАМОНД стороной (не бриллиант ни разу), нет такого названия приличного в русском языке, как назвать это СПА. – показать
