Я столкнулась со странной ситуацией. Я получила две консультации от аллерголога и пульмонолога. Поставили аллергию, которой нет. Поставили астму, которой тоже нет. Врач Каретникова Виктория Михайловна, которая поставила мне астму, у меня никогда не было и не будет, отказалась признать свою ошибку, руководство клиники ее поддержали. Докторов мало, я понимаю, но я обратилась сначала в клинику с претензией, все описала, все скинула, мне пришел отказ в виде "отписки", далее, обратилась в прокуратуру г. Иркутска, мне отказали (подобная "отписка"), теперь вынуждена была написать в Москву, жду ответа, если ничего не выйдет, обращусь в суд. Плюс неприятный бонус дополнительно: до приема обозначили сумму 2400, а когда я пришла за услугой - цена резко увеличилась на 50%, 3500. Я всего лишь попросила клинику вернуть мне средства за выставленные неверно диагнозы (сумму, которую я потратила в марте месяце на 2 консультации). У меня нет готовности платить за медицинские услуги ненадлежащего качества.

Цены в 2-3 раза выше, чем в других клиниках. Не понимаю с чего такое ценообразование. Операторам/администратора нужно научиться этике общения.
