Хочу выразить огромную благодарность хирургу Цмайло В.М за блестяще проведенную операцию по лазерному удалению копчикового хода. Вся процедура была организована на высшем уровне: от четких и понятных объяснений на этапе подготовки до безупречного послеоперационного наблюдения. Всегда доктор был на связи и отвечал на любые вопросы. Результат превзошел все ожидания. Спасибо за ваши золотые руки, уверенность и внимание! Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу отделения. Рекомендую этого специалиста как лучшего в своей области.

Считаю, что ко мне подошли не профессионально! Пришла на колоноскопию (по квоте) наркоз был оплачен. Все свои предостережения по предварительной подготовке озвучила доктору, видимо меня не услышали или не хотели услышать. В итоге обследование не получилось, наркоз поставили, проснулась медсестра сказала , «я вам синячок оставила» а там не синячок , а громадный черный синяк с вздутой веной и доктор добавил….. обследование не получилась так как вы плохо очистились ……. УЖАС! Ведь я его предупредила , на что он ответил, посмотрим…… он отработал свое время, а у пациента утрачено здоровье!
