Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Три недели уже прошло, как сделали заявку на подключение. То мастер заболел, то директор у них заболел. Все выздоровели. Говорят: сегодня позвоним... Кормили неделю еще завтраками. В итоге мы уже решили отказаться от данной компании. Уж лучше модемом пользоваться, чем связываться с такой безотвественной компанией!!! Не рекомендую. Даже 1 звезды много

Ни за что не пользуйтесь данным провайдером. Была важная онлайн конференция, как вдруг отключили интернет. На горячей линии девушка не может вразумительно объяснить в чем проблема. Мастер приедет только через два дня. Такое случается очень часто, но сейчас это переходит все границы.

Ха-ха.. половина комментариев от ботов инфолинка. Сейчас-сейчас, все брошу перейду в инфолинк. Ждите. Если по существу: Провайдер хороший (с несущественными для меня минусами) Про частые обрывы и сбои вранье причем наглое. К провайдеру есть некоторые нарекания (не смертельные) но это точно не про обрывы и сбои. Сижу на Совтехе уже 10 лет. Сбои редки, скорость хорошая, причем поднимал ее на моем тарифе сам провайдер доведя до 100мбит (изначально была 30). Если сбои бывают, реагируют быстро или предупреждают, что сбой не у них, а выше – ждите. Но чтобы прождать например день такого не было ни разу за все 10 лет. Что касается частоты, то последний сбой например был в ноябре (4мес назад), а до этого больше полугода не было. Из нареканий. Действительно никак не введут безналичную оплату, приходится покупать карты или забегать в офис. Это минус. Но точек с картами на Чкаловской две и сравнительно недалеко, так что не смертельно. Это неудобство для меня никак не перевешивает хорошее качество связи. Кроме того, когда однажды забыл купить карту, а утром срочно нужен был интернет по работе, оператор вошел в положение и принял деньги переводом, за что спасибо. Кому-то возможно еще не хватает ТВ у провайдера, но мне эта тема неинтересна совсем. С хорошим интернетом копеечных тв-сервисов мне хватает за глаза, а кому и этого жалко – бесплатного вещания тоже найти не проблема.
