Страховой случай произошел не по моей вине. Обратился в страховую компанию по полису КАСКО. Заявление приняли быстро, никаких очередей, минимум бюрократии. Сотрудники офиса, как и колл-центра, общаются вежливо и уважительно. Вопрос по урегулированию решился достаточно быстро. Сейчас уже моя машина ходу - все обязательства выполнены, претензий не имею

При покупке машины я сразу оформляла полис каско и осаго. Перед оформлением понятное дело меня проконсультировали специалисты. Сказали, что если какие проблемы возникнут, то сразу обращаться к ним. Утром я собиралась как обычно на работу. Вышла на улицу и обнаружила, что машину помяли. Пришлось сразу звонить в контактный центр. Они подсказали как себя дальше вести и вызвали аварийного комиссара. С ремонтом не обманули - от вмятины ни следа не осталось.

Отличная компания,с адекватными ценами,очень неприятно что Сбербанк не кредитует эту компанию на постоянной основе

Платят быстро, но мало, про Абандон в этой компании вообще ни кто даже не слышал и не знают как его оформлять про финансов тотале по ОСАГО, в общем не грамотный персонал, "пинают" вас по кабинетам, туда-сюда, и на первый взгляд крайне ненадёжная компания.
