Совком банк это вообще отдельная история. Почти во всех отделения стоят по 1 банковскому терминалу для оплаты и снятия денег. Так вот денег в банкоматах кот наплакал. ПРишлось снять 300 000, выдавал 1000 рублевыми 150 000, 70 000 -500 ками, 15 тысяч сотками. и деньги закончились. Проехал еще 2 отделения , на 9 Мая , банкомат был вообще пустой, в головном офисе не было света ))) Какая то трагедия , а не банк

ужасный банк и отделение ужастное все очень долго 3 оператора на 10 человек при том сначало работало только 2, одна из операторов вообще не понимает что делает.

Нормальный банк,приветливый обслуживающий персонал,просто немного затягивающий процесс,так мало этого персонала.А так нормальный,бывало и похуже обслуживание в других банках.

Зашёл в этот унылый банк 07.03.25 в зале никого нет. Касса не работает. В 2ГИС нет отзывика кнопки. Ещё и халву предлагаете. Не быть в жизни вашим клиентом. Такого сервиса невстричал никогда.
