Девушка кассир не смогла выдать перевод денег из Германии на Проспекте Парковом 25, целых 50 минут мы с ней разбирались, в чем дело, по итогу деньги я так и не получила, сестре пришлось ехать по новой что бы уточнить, как оказалось ошибка кассира при выведении денег!!!! Не советую этот банк, если не желаете потратить время и нервы в пустую!!!

Приходили менять валюту, подсунули сомнительные доллары 2006 года, не проверил на месте, а кассир сказала, что все доллары 2013 года, нагло соврали в глаза, больше туда ни ногой и никому не советую!

Как банк, таки филиалы вызывают сплошной негатив. Три раза заполняли заявку на кредит, постоянно что то проходит не так, она слетает. А теперь ещё стали приходить сообщения о списании денег с карты, которой у меня нет. Пошла выяснять в данный филиал, консультант подтвердила что карты нет, но и сообщения отключить не смогла. В общем вся контора по моему мнению "Рога и копыта"
