Ужасный банк Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Обращение в банк подавала 12-15 июля (точную дату не помню). Звоню на горячую линию узнать о ходе рассмотрения, а мне говорят что мое обращение зарегистрировано только 2 августа, срок рассмотрения 10 дней, соответственно мое обращение не рассмотрено. Кормят обещаниями и абсолютно ничего не делают. Планирую подавать иск в суд, за грубые нарушения.

Могло быть и лучше. Теснотища и график работы совершенно не удобный, в банкомат не попадёшь. А девчонки хорошие работают.)
