Ужасный банк. Оформляют сами кредитные карты на клиентов и отправляют их почтой вместе с пин-кодом. И от этого нельзя отказаться

Здравствуйте, я по не знанию решил взять кредит на 3 года в этом банке. Сказали все вам одобрили. Я пришёл, дали мне карту сказали карта дебетовая, сейчас ознакомитесь с условиями которые вам придут на почту и если все устроит то подпишите договор. В этоге я смотрю, а карта в договоре кредитная!!!! Я спрашиваю, почему так?! Они мол делов не знаем. Я говорю все мне это уже не нравиться. Говорят тогда мы её закроем и она закроется в течении 45 дней. А говорю зачем вы мне вообще её дали я просил кредит. И не под такой процент а процент после льготного периода 69.9%. В итоге пришлось помучиться, ехать ещё раз к ним, тратить свое время, сидеть в очередях, чтобы закрыть эту карту!!!! И на себе понять насколько это плохой банк!!! И ещё они мне испортили кредитную историю!! Потому что другие банки при одобрении смотрят под какой процент ты берёшь кредит. И делают средний из тех кредитов которые ты брал. А по факту получается я взял карту под 69.9%!!!! Хотя я этого не знал!!!

Мне очень понравилось отношение в банке сотрудников вежливое и внимательное. Я обращалась в несколько банков и только в Восточном мне все объяснили грамотно и толково и на моем уровне понимания цели с которой я обратилась. В почта банке мне например отказали в кредите из-за неправильного написания моих данных, в альфа-банке неправильно записали город и т. д. Я благодарна всем сотрудникам банка, а особенно Бахаревой Карине, Ямуковой Гульнаре
