Банкомат уже 3 дней не работает.

Павел, добрый день! Проверили исправность банкомата. Проблем с работоспособностью не выявлено, сбоев не обнаружено. Возможно у Вас были проблемы с картой, для этого необходимо обратиться в офис к сотруднику. С уважением, Департамент Клиентских впечатлений ПАО "Совкомбанк"

Даже единицы не заслуживает данная компания! Обращалась еще 23 декабря, нужно было изменить данные, ( меняла фамилию), имеется потребительский кредит и карта халва. Всего лишь изменить данные, казалось бы чего сложного. Но специалист, если ее можно так назвать, ничего не изменила, как выянилось. Конечно, она же постоянно отвлекалась, подбегала к банкомату, помогала клиентам. Прям "мастер" на все руки. Это как минимум неприятно было, и сделала вид, что всё сделала. Еще ведь спросила у нее, точно всё изменили??? Она ответила, что да. Ну вот,сейчас снова нужно ехать и все менять, придётся в другой филиал, там может пограмотннее найдутся. Прошу разобраться в данной ситуации, по какой причине так получилось!!!!?
