Правильно пишут про Совкомбанк, нагло дурят. Мной был оформлен автокредит. Хочется отметить, что в автосервисе консультанты и работники банка работают слаженно, промурыжили нас два дня, я была глубоко беременна, и при оформлении настолько вымоталась 6-7ми часовым ожиданием, что мне хотелось побыстрее все подписать и поехать домой. Нам была навязана страховка жизни и здоровья стоимостью, на минуточку, 117 тыс рублей, со снижением процентной ставки до 12,8 %. От нее мы благополучно отказались (как и еще от парочки навязанных услуг нафиг нам не нужных и не обязательных) и по условиям договора процент подскочил до 16,8. Ок. В договоре было прописано, что при участии в программе жизни и здоровья его можно снизить. Я раза 3-4 звонила на их горячую линию, уточняла одни и те же вопросы, можно ли застраховаться в другой страховой компании. Мне подтверждали неоднократно, что да. Я потратила х..ву кучу времени на поездки в страховую, к врачу (была беременна, нужны были некоторые обследования им), наконец то оформила. Иии .. Мне отказали в снижении процентов, обосновав тем, что нужна была именно та страховка за 117 тыс!!! Что же я не записала эти звонки. При жалобе В ЦБ, меня ткнули носом в то, что я не могу доказать, что мне сказали по горячей линии. При первой же возможности мы гасим этот кредит под ноль и больше ни ногой!! Люди, не связывайтесь или будьте очень очень внимательны.

Это один из самых отвратительных банков. Сотрудники банка обманом всовывают ДОБРОВОЛЬНУЮ страховку/ФИНАНСОВУЮ ЗАЩИТУ на максимальные сроки, которую не вернуть, даже погасив кредит досрочно. Очень мало банкоматов в городе, и те работают в ОБЩЕЕ рабочее время с 9 до 19. Чтобы оплатить кредит надо отпрашиваться с работы и ехать к банкомату на поклон. 100 раз пожалели, что связались с этим банком. Не берите здесь ничего!
