Берут комиссию за обмен 100$ в 100 рублей, видите ли правила такие до 300$ обмен с комиссией. С чего?! В Банке Приморье такого нет. Я конечно ожидала что восточный банк плох, но что настолько!

Ха, у меня ситуация даже интереснее, чем у собравшихся здесь. Брала в далёком 2010 году кредит, выплатила его как полагается, думала, что вздохну с облегчением. Но нет! Спустя год мне начали звонить... коллекторы! И названивали они мне в любое время суток на протяжении примерно полугода. Занятные звонки для мамы грудничка. А почему звонили? Потому что некая моя однофамилица из города, в котором я никогда не была и надеюсь не окажусь, брала кредит и не вернула его. А звонят мне. И ведь я поначалу спокойно им объясняла, что не мне нужно звонить, а должнику, к которому я никакого вообще отношения не имею, но меня слышать не хотели. Потом просто начала говорить, чтобы подавали на должника в суд. Вроде не моя вина, ну что мне стоит спокойно всё объяснить, раз такое недоразумение? Но вот когда в двадцатый раз поздно вечером повторяешь одно и то же, терпение заканчивается. В общем не знаю чья это была ошибка - банка или коллекторов, но осадок остался именно от Восточного Экспресс банка.
