Это точно БАНК? Похож на предБАНник... Стоит 3 стола, вещи на них, работает одна, где остальные работники, сидела в очереди час, чтобы отказаться от карты, которой и не воспользовалась ни разу! Что нальзя эту функцию в приложении сделать, дурдом!

Режим работы с 9 до 19, однако в 12-20 в будний день банк почему то закрыт.

отвратительное место обслуживания, банкомат по приему денег вечно не работает, заплатить за кредит отправляют постоянно в другое отделение, на жалобы клиентов по поводу не рабочего банкомата ноль реакции и это длится уже не один месяц. Ужасное отделение!!!

Я обратился в совкомбанк год назад за кредитом. Мне пришла программа кредитный доктор, после прохождения нескольких этапов восстановления кредитной истории на данный момент история является положительной. Теперь пользуюсь деньгами банка. Также получил карту халву. Благодарю сотрудников данной организации. Сегодня посетил отделение на Тургенева. Очень приятное обслуживание. Предложили много вариантов кредитов. Даже с возвратом процентов. В офисе уютно. Прохладно. Понравилось обслуживание.

Звонят, врут что всё уже одобрено, зазывают… На месте обслуживает один человек, постоянно очередь. Вся эта толпа в малюсеньком помещении, люди в этих условиях рассказывают свою подноготную … 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ условия %% конские, и в итоге не факт что одобрят..
