Деньги захватил банкомат, но со счета снялись. Обратился в это отделение, написал заявление, сказали что операция была завершена и лишних купюр в банкомат не обнаружено. И это квалифицированный персонал! Обман на каждом шагу, я свои же деньги вернуть не могу!

Не банка, а дно полное. При закрытии счета сказали обратиться в бухгалтерию. Закройте этот банк!!!

Говнобанк.брала телефон в кредит выплачивала исправно когда захотела погосить полностью по карте у них только наличие подавай и то будут списыватся по графику платежей Снимали деньги пристава за штрафы причём прям с кредита ни каких уведомлений не приходит вобще и закрыть счёт не закрывают .

Брала кредит, досрочно выплатила. Счëт уже два года закрыть не могут. Уже раз пять к ним ездила, а они опять звонят и говорят, что нужно закрыть счëт, уже и справку дали о закрытие, а потом опять говорят, что счëт не закрыт. НИКОГДА больше с ними связываться не буду, нигде такой проблемы нет. УЖАС.
