вообще это не банк, а развод людей... кредитными продуктами пользуюсь давно и продуктивно. у меня отличная кредитная история, но с этим банком не советую ни кому связываться. Дважды пыталась взять кредит, но такого обмана я еще не встречала. Первый раз затребовали документы на недвижимость, при этом я уточнила, для чего? я в залог не готова подписать свою собстенность, мне тут же отказали в кредите, второй раз достали звонками из банка с предложением оформить кредит, я согласилась, приехал представитель банка, заполняли заявку на кедит на его планшете, при этом одобрен ли кредит вообще, если одобрен то, все условия, процентную ставку я должна была узнать после заполнения и отправки документов на рассмотрение ( это со слов представителя банка). несколько раз он мне предложил поставить роспись в планшете в пустом черном окошке на весь экран, дабы сверить подпись с подписью в паспорте, а оказывается, это я подписывала кредитный договор на выдачу кредитной карты с сумашедше дорогими условиями и обслуживанием, и узнала я это уже по факту, когда мне через 5 минут после отъезда представителя банка на электронную почту прислали докумениы уже подписанные мной. Я позвонила банку и начала выяснять, на каком основании у меня оказался подписанный договор на кредитную карту, которая мне на фиг не нужна, когда я заполняла заявку на кредит наличными, а мне ответили, что кредит наличными вам не одобрен, но одобрена кредитная карта, за ее выпуск я должна заплатить 1 000 рублей, сразу подключена страховка на 1 500 рублей, и еще обслуживание карты платное...то есть это мошенничество чистой воды, на следующее утро мне пришлось ехать в офис банка и аннулировать данный договор, благо у них в течение 5 дней после оформления можно расторгнуть договор бесплатно. От банка только негативные эмоции.
